Our Message

On behalf of the citizen of Jhargram, we would like to impress upon, that there have no dirth of cricketing talents in our area and that a right kind of opportunity would bring up excellent sport persons in the field of cricket. Moreover we humbly submit, establishment of Jhargram Cricket Academy is merely an avenue to coverage in resources required in order to create the said opportunities for the promising talents of Jhargram and Surrounding areas.

The Beginning

Jhargram Cricket Academy has launched its activities by establishing permanent cricket coaching center in fulfilling a long-cherished desire of the cricketing talents of this locality. The said coaching center was inaugurated by former Indian test cricketer, Sri Pranab Roy, on 08^th May, 2000.

Financial Transparency

The Jhargram Cricket Academy is a secular non-political Institution and the income and the property of the society whatsoever derived shall be applied solely towards the promotion of its objects at set forth in the memorandum of Association of the society and no portion thereof shall be paid and transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus and otherwise however by loan or profit to any of the member of the society providing nothing herein shall prevent the payment in good faith of remuneration to any officer or servant of the society who may also be the members thereof in return for any work done or services rendered to the society, nor prevent the payment of interest on money borrowed from any member of the society.
